Fredericia lies at the heart of Denmark, in the Region of Southern Denmark. The region within a 50 km radius of Fredericia receives three million tourists every year, and if we extend this radius to 100 km the figure rises to ten million. The many tourists experiences world class attractions, several UNESCO sites and an authenticity rarely found.

Fredericia is about an hour’s drive from Odense and Aarhus – and in no time at all provides access to attractions for every interest and age. Among others three UNESCO sites - the Jelling stones, the Wadden Sea and Christiansfeld - the world-famous poet Hans Christian Andersen’s house and home town, the Renaissance castle Egeskov on the idyllic South Funen and LEGOLAND® in Billund.
